How does hypnosis work?
Hypnosis is often misunderstood and can be best understood by learning what it is not. It is not being “put under,” “asleep,” or “unconscious.” It is a relaxed state of mind in which you are alert and aware of what occurs. Have you ever jumped at a scary part of a movie? Or started to salivate when seeing a delicious food? You may not have consciously decided to jump or have your mouth water but were conscious of it occurring. Those would be considered hypnotic states of mind. Using hypnosis during sessions will help to further the transformation process and work with all facets of mind to get mind working to your best advantage.
